Estelle Cocomazzi
Belgian by origin, settled on the Costa del Sol, Estelle knows the Spanish property market from the inside. She listens, frames, finds, and lets nothing slip on a case.
Co-founder of the C.A.F.E. (Cercle Andalou des Francophones Entrepreneurs), she is deeply rooted in the local French-speaking community. For her clients, that means a network of trust: lawyers, tax advisers, schools, doctors… all French-speaking.
In August 2026, M6 followed her for the documentary « Un jour, un doc », an authentic look at the daily life of a French-speaking real-estate agent in Spain.
Willem
Willem knows the coast by heart: the neighbourhoods, the developers, the good addresses. He is the negotiator, the one who opens doors and finds opportunities before others.
His local network, built over the years, is a major asset for Signature Properties clients. Whether for a new development, an off-market villa or a rental investment, he knows where to look and who to talk to.
