Our First Belgian Event: A Great Success

At Signature Properties, we pride ourselves on being the Gatekeepers of the Belgian elite investors in the Costa del Sol. As co-founders, we—Willem and Estelle—are passionate about connecting discerning investors with the most prestigious real estate opportunities in southern Spain. In December 2024, we joined forces with Ignace Meuwissen and de Rijkste Belgen to create a series of exclusive events in Belgium and Marbella throughout 2025.

On February 26th, we hosted our very first event at the stunning Horus Gallery in Sint-Martens-Latem, and we are thrilled to share that it was a resounding success!

A Night to Remember

When we began planning this event, we envisioned an intimate gathering of 35 to 40 guests. To our delight, over 100 people attended, far exceeding our expectations. The evening began with a warm welcome cocktail featuring Spanish Cava, setting the perfect tone for networking and introductions. The atmosphere was vibrant, with guests mingling and sharing their passion for real estate and investment opportunities.

Prestigious Real Estate Projects

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of some of the most exclusive real estate projects in the Costa del Sol, brought to life by their Spanish representatives, DarGlobal and La Reserva de Sotogrande. These projects are the epitome of luxury and innovation, and we were proud to showcase them:

• Tierra Viva: A breathtaking development inspired by the iconic design of Automobili Lamborghini.

• Marea: Featuring interiors by Missoni, this project is nestled in the heart of the exclusive Cortesin gated community.

• La Reserva de Sotogrande: A prestigious enclave offering unparalleled luxury and lifestyle opportunities.

The presentations captivated our audience, sparking lively discussions and genuine interest in these remarkable properties.

A Taste of Spain

Following the presentations, guests were treated to a walking dinner featuring authentic Spanish tapas, paired with exquisite white and red Spanish wines. The culinary experience added a touch of the Costa del Sol to the evening, allowing our guests to savor the flavors of Spain while continuing to network and exchange ideas.
